Shipping policy
At Novrik, our goal is to deliver your facial massager quickly and reliably, wherever you are. We ship to customers worldwide every day.
1. Order Processing Time
Order processing is the time we need to prepare your order for shipment — separate from delivery time.
- All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after the order is placed
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day
- During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take an additional 1-2 days
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days after dispatch (depending on destination)
- Priority Insured Shipping: 5-12 business days after dispatch (where available)
Important: Delivery times are estimates based on the carrier's schedule. They are not guaranteed. Total time from order placement to delivery is processing time + shipping time. Plan accordingly.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information typically becomes active within 2-5 business days after dispatch
- If you see "No Information Available" immediately after receiving the email, this is normal — the carrier hasn't yet scanned the package into their system
- Tracking updates appear as your package moves through the carrier's network
4. Multiple Packages (Split Shipments)
To get your items to you as fast as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments:
- If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel
- Receiving one item before the others is normal — the rest are on the way
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Novrik is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All such fees (tariffs, taxes, import duties) are the responsibility of the customer.
For single-item orders like ours, customers in most countries rarely face customs fees, but please check your country's import rules before ordering if you have concerns.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to enter a correct shipping address at checkout.
If you realize you've entered an incorrect address:
- Email novrik.shop@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order
- We will do our best to correct it before dispatch
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or modify the address
Orders returned to us due to incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to a re-shipping fee.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Novrik is not liable for packages that:
- Are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer
- Are lost in transit due to incorrect address provided by the customer
- Are stolen from the delivery location after confirmed delivery
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package:
- Check with neighbors and your front desk/concierge
- Wait 24-48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they arrive
- File a claim with the shipping carrier directly
- Contact us at novrik.shop@gmail.com if the carrier confirms the package is lost in their system
For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
