We believe in Novrik and we want you to experience it without risk. That's why every Novrik facial massager comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receiving it, simply email us at novrik.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about why it didn't work for you. We'll process your full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To start your refund:

  1. Email novrik.shop@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number (e.g., #1013) and the email address you used at checkout
  3. Optionally, tell us what didn't work — your feedback helps us improve

We typically respond within 24 hours and process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Before You Request a Refund — Read This

We've seen two patterns where customers initially feel disappointed but end up loving Novrik with one small adjustment:

"It feels too gentle, I expected stronger vibration"

The vibration is gentle by design. Strong vibration on the face causes broken capillaries, bruising, and inflammation — which is why every professional facial device (including in-clinic ones that cost ten times Novrik) is calibrated to be soft.

Novrik works through consistency, not intensity. The results build over 2-3 weeks of daily use, not one powerful session.

If you've used it for less than 14 days: give it another week, ideally focusing on the same areas every session. The difference between week 1 and week 3 is dramatic for most customers.

"It doesn't reach the area near my ear"

Novrik is designed to work from below your jaw, not from the side. The two rollers cradle your jawline as you guide them along the underside of your face, from chin toward the ear. It's specifically not designed for the upper masseter directly beside the ear or for the under-eye area.

If this is your concern: check our "How to Use" instructions — many customers initially try to hold it like other beauty tools (from the front) and miss how it's actually meant to work.


What's Not Covered by the Guarantee

The 60-day money-back guarantee covers your purchase from us if Novrik doesn't work for you. It does NOT cover:

  • Damage from misuse — dropping the device, exposure to water beyond reasonable use, attempts to disassemble the device, or use that violates the user manual
  • Lost or stolen packages — if tracking confirms delivery to your address, we cannot replace the device; please contact your shipping carrier
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Orders older than 60 days from delivery date
  • One refund per customer per household — to prevent abuse, we limit refunds to one device per customer

For items damaged on arrival or defective on first use, see "Damaged or Defective Items" below — these are covered separately and not part of the 60-day satisfaction guarantee.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Novrik arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't power on out of the box:

  1. Email novrik.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos or video of the damage/defect
  3. We will send you a replacement at no cost — no return required for the damaged unit

Items damaged in transit are covered separately from our 60-day guarantee.


1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Novrik device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working due to a defect within 1 years of your original purchase, we'll replace it at no charge.

To make a warranty claim, email novrik.shop@gmail.com with:

  • Your original order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the defect

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches on the device body)
  • Loss or theft of the device

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the legal right under EU consumer law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. This right is in addition to our 60-day guarantee.

Under the EU cooling-off period:

  • You must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days of receiving your order
  • You must return the item in reasonable condition (use only what was necessary to evaluate the product, similar to in-store inspection)
  • We will refund the full purchase price, including original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return

For EU customers requesting refunds under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee (rather than the 14-day cooling-off), the standard "no return required" terms above apply.


Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item:

  1. Request a refund for your current order
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This is the fastest way to get what you want.


Refund Processing Time

Once we approve your refund:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your account
  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, email novrik.shop@gmail.com.
